In beautiful villas of Emerald House Siargao, with nourishing vegetarian food, conscious connected breathwork, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, meditation, massages and mandala drawing.

How will your day in Siargao look like:

  • 7.30am we meet for a meditation and yoga class

  • 9.00am we enjoy nourishing breakfast full of fresh local fruits

  • 10am - 12.00am we dive into powerful breathing exercises and practises and conscious connected breathwork

  • 12.30am - 1.30am we indulge in the wholesome lunch

  • 2pm - expect strenghtening practises (ice bath), exploring other beautiful beaches (while doing a beach cleanup, too), sound bath by the magical sunset

  • 6.30pm - our dinners will be always full of beautiful connections & sharing

What is included in the price of the retreat

  • each retreat is for max. of 10 people in total

  • accommodation in villas in Emerald House Village resort in Siargao (4 nights in a private room in one of the Emerald House villas)

  • food (vegetarian meals designed and prepared by our chef specifically for this retreat: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in Emerald House or outside the resort)

  • breathwork sessions with a certified guide
